The product of an "enfant terrible vintage" for the Bordeaux region, the Carruades de Lafite 2018 rewarded the work of the Château Lafite Rothschild technical teams. In a never-ending quest to express the great terroirs of Pauillac, Château Lafite Rothschild has redefined the collection of parcels with new data complementing historical information. Hydric potential, resistivity, vigour - the precision of all this information allowed the team to build customised blends, helping fully reveal the personality of each variety.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (56.5%), Merlot (38%) and Cabernet Franc (5.5%), the Carruades de Lafite 2018 accurately expresses the DNA of the Pauillac terroir in a magnificent red wine with its own unique identity.
